I dropped Jim and Lloyd off at the winery early to stake out a spot for us at the small amphitheatre. I returned to get the rest of the concert goers and it definitely was looking dismal with rain and low lying fog. We returned to the winery just as they opened the gates and we did manage to get a great space in front of the stage. It continued to rain.... Someone mentioned Woodstock...
The start of the concert was delayed for about an hour as they hastily erected a canopy for the bands. Finally the rain let up and Pablo Cruise performed.
The had a great set during on and off rain. The wine made us more comfortable.
Finally the sun broke through and the Doobie Brothers were on stage.
